About the O Fallon Ashley Furniture HomeStore
You know, the Ashley Furniture HomeStores in St. Louis weren’t always Ashley Furniture HomeStores. In fact, back in 1937, we started out as Phillips Mercantile Company, when Clinton Phillips opened the first store at 600 S. 7th Street in St. Louis.
Eventually, in 1976, 39 years after first opening our doors, we changed our name from Phillips Mercantile Company to Phillips Furniture and began buying furniture directly from the manufacturers. For years the Phillips family became synonymous with quality furniture at a great value. We also became famous for our exceptional customer service, community involvement, and three Core Values: Integrity Above All Else, Honesty in All We Do, and Service to Others First!
Then, in 2004, we decided to partner with Ashley Furniture and began converting all of our stores into Ashley Furniture HomeStores. The marriage between the Phillips Family and Ashley Furniture Homestores has proved to be a perfect match. It combines the exceptional customer service, community involvement, and core values of the Phillips Family with the #1 name in furniture, Ashley Furniture Homestores. This concept proved to be so popular that we opened four more over the next four years. We now have five stores in the St. Louis Metro area and one store in Columbia, MO.
Thank you for visiting our website and we look forward to seeing you in one of our 6 locations very soon!
We Proudly Support
A Hope to Dream
Founded in 2010 by Ashley Furniture HomeStore, A Hope To Dream seeks to provide less fortunate children a mattress set that is essential to a good night's sleep. For every mattress sold, $5 will be donated to provide mattress sets to local children in need.
Referring a child for consideration to receive a mattress set is where we need your help to accomplish our mission. A Hope To Dream can only help a child to get a good night's rest if a caring person refers a child (ages 3-16) in need.
Nurses for Newborns Foundation
We are a nurse home visiting agency. We have programs that serve teen moms, moms that are mentally or physically challenged, infants that are sick, and general population families that are in need.
We maintain a donation bank with clothes, toys, diapers, blankets, car seats, baby beds and formula for our families that are in need.
